What is Leflunomide?

Leflunomide is a disease modifying antirheumatic drug used to treat active rheumatoid arthritis to reduce symptoms, retard structural damage and improve physical function. Also use as to prevent rejection in organ transplants. Off label it is used for cytomegalovirus disease.
