What is 12 Hour Nasal?

12 hour nasal sprays, such as Afrin and Neo-Synephrine contain the generic drug oxymetazoline. The products are used for the relief of symptoms associated with acute or chronic rhinitis, the common cold, sinusitis, hay fever, or other allergies.
