What is dextromethorphan-guaifenesin-pseudoephedrine?

This is a combination of three medications used to relieving congestion, cough, and throat and airway irritation due to colds, flu, or hay fever. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant, dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant, and guaifenesin is an expectorant.
