Health Consultant I am very athletic. I feel off my bike last aug. 2007 to discover that I had three bad cervical disks and lesions in my neck a narrowing spinal cord. I have no sign of MS, but my neurologists calls is white matter disease? Go figure. Regardless, I am a retired MT, student of Nursing hoping to Keep Keeping on. I am a NutraMetrix unfranchised health professional and my mission is to help people through nutritional supplementation. Antioxidants such as OPC-3 have been helping my quality of life by reducing my discomfort from my neck, back, hands, and feet. I love my life. Email

Good friend of patient with FM I'm here to help support my very close friend wendoodles through her journey with this horrible condition. I am a member of PLM on the MS side, and wen has been there for me! I actually suggested to her that she sign up here, because everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I'm glad she did! And to anyone else, if you are looking for support, please don't hesitate to write and I will do what I can for you! It's good to have people to talk/yell/vent and cry to :o) Email

live in the community I was diagnosed in 2004, and went from someone who was a fitness freak to someone who is happy if I can get out of bed in the morning. I got fibromyalgia while excersise was a big part of my life and I used to walk 3km in the morning before breakfast six days a week. I have 18 of the 18 points and find the cold makes my condition worse, depresion is a constant. Email
