What is Levocarb? Levocarb is a brand name for a combination of carbidopa and levodopa used for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Levodopa is the metabolic precursor of dopamine whilst carbidopa decreases the metabolism of dopamine in the body thereby increasing its effectiveness.
