What is Darvocet-N 50?

Darvocet-N® 50 is a brand name for the combination of propoxyphene 50 mg, an opioid analgesic and acetaminophen 325 mg, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Darvocet-N® 50 is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain, with or without fever.
