What is Calcium Pyruvate?

Calcium Pyruvate is pyruvic acid stabilized with calcium to create the Pyruvate salt. Pyruvate, a substance that naturally occurs in the body, is the foundation of the Krebs Cycle, which is how the body burns sugar and starch.
