What is Trehalose?
Trehalose, also known as mycose, is an alpha-linked (disaccharide) sugar found extensively but not abundantly in nature. Trehalose is consumed as part of a normal diet in mushrooms, honey, lobster, shrimp and foods produced using baker's and brewer's yeast.
