What is Co-proxamol? Co-proxamol is a combination of two pain-killing drugs; Acetaminophen (also known as paracetomol) and Dextropropoxyphene (an opiode like codeine). This drug is being phased out as there is no evidence to show it is more effective than acetaminiphen alone.
