What is Risperidone?

Risperidone is used to treat schizophrenia, and episodes of mania or mixed episodes for people with bipolar disorder, and irritability and aggression associated with autism. Off label it has been used for Tourette's, pervasive developmental disorder, PTSD, and agitation associated with Alzheimer's.
