What is Temazepam? Temazepam is a benzodiazepine used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Off label it is used for the treatment of anxiety; adjunct in the treatment of depression; and management of panic attacks.

Advice/Tips
Great for falling asleep, without keeping me doped into a heavy slumber. Wake up fresh. Especially with Melatonin (10mgs), Fall asleep within 15 mins.
