What is Wheat Grass?
Wheat Grass is a plant with fibrous leaves that are difficult to digest. Generally the juice from the leaves is extracted and consumed raw and is often described as "blended shots". It is a natural source of vitamins and minerals. Some components may have antioxidant effects.
