Advice/Tips
I try to do the range of motion exercies 3 times a week 3x/day and I try to do the balance exercises every day 3x/day. I take a break on the weekend from doing any exercies and I don't do the exercises if I am especially tired or not feeling well. We have a common deck at our condo overlooking a babbling brook. I often do my exercies out there holding onto the railing around the deck. Dual benefit - exercise and fresh air.
