What is Sildenafil?

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme inhibitor. It is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension to improve exercise ability and delay clinical worsening. It is also used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
