What is Glucosamine-Chondroitin?

Glucosamine is a precursor to a molecule called a glycosaminoglycan-this molecule is used in the formation and repair of cartilage. Chondroitin is the most abundant glycosaminoglycan in cartilage and is responsible for the resiliency of cartilage.
