ITB Therapy (the baclofen pump) is a device that is surgically implanted under the skin to deliver the drug baclofen directly to the spinal cord. Baclofen is a skeletal muscle relaxant used to reduce severe spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries.
