Escitalopram Treatment Report

What is Escitalopram? Escitalopram is an antidepressant in a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It is used to treat anxiety and major depressive disorder. Off label it is used for mild agitation in patients with dementia.
