What is Dronabinol?

Dronabinol is a synthetic form of the active ingredient in marijuana, THC. It is an anti-emetic and appetite stimulant used for chemotherapy-associated nausea and vomiting refractory to other antiemetic(s); and for AIDS-related anorexia.
