What is Xatral XL?

Xatral XL is an international brand name for the drug alfuzosin. It is used for to treat the functional symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and works by by relaxing the smooth muscles in the bladder neck and prostate, resulting in an improvement in urine flow rate.
