What is Dextromethorphan-Quinidine?

A dextromethorphan-quinidine combination was studied for its effect on inappropriate laughing and crying episodes experienced by some patients with brain injury or brain degeneration due to certain diseases. The incongruous laughing and crying episodes are due to pseudobulbar affect.
