Advice/Tips
Sertraline did cause me to gain weight as I titrated up to the lowest, recommended dose but once I stopped titrating and my body's metabolism stablized I have been able to slowly lose weight as long as I eat less and exercise some. I have lost almost 20 pounds since last January and will continue to watch my caloric intake as well as continue to walk and go to my strength and balance classes as I can.
