What is DVD Doxorubicin liposomal, Vincristine, Dexamethasone? Induction therapy for transplant and non-transplant candidates with Multiple Myeloma. Doxorubicin liposomal is given IV on day 1; Vincristine is given IV on day 1; Dexamethasone is given by mouth on day 1-4. One cycle lasts 4 days and is repeated every 28 days.
