What is Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone?

Induction therapy for multiple myeloma transplant candidates. Lenalidomide is given by mouth on days 1-21; dexamethasone is given by mouth on days 1, 8, 15, and 22 (days may vary) . One cycle lasts 21 days and is repeated every 28 days.
