What is Health Concern Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 or cyanocobalamin is a complex vitamin used to treat cyanide poisoning and B12 anemia. In normal functioning it helps the body process fats and proteins. It is available in oral, sublingual and injectable formulations.
