What is Propoxyphene?
Propoxyphene and dextroproxyphene are opiode drugs used in the treatment of pain. In lower doses they are also used to treat coughs. It is most commonly found combined with acetaminophen (paracetomol / Tylenol) in the drug "co-proxamol".
