What is Borage Seed Oil?

Borage Seed Oil has the highest concentration of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an Omega-6 essential fatty acid. GLA converts to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) which has anti-inflammatory properties and may act as a blood thinner and blood vessel dilator improving blood flow.
