Advice/Tips
This really helps dry up my (admittedly mild) nasal allergy symptoms; it's not too hard to take two sniffs in each nostril every morning... I find that if I start taking it a few days before I expect to be outside a lot (or in another allergy-stimulating situation), it's more effective.
