What is Cooling Vest? A cooling vest or ice vest is a piece of equipment worn to cool a person down. Cooling vests are used by many sporting bodies, industry workers, doctors, and people with Multiple Sclerosis.

- I was very disappointed in this item. Mine warmed up from body heat right away and failed to keep me cool. Also, it's bulky and uncomfortable under clothing.
