What is atropine eye drops? Atropine is an alkoloid drug with a variety of uses. It was originally derived from the deadly nightshade plant and its name refers to Atropos, one of the Greek fates. It can be used as eye drops, treatment of bradycardia, and inhibits the production of secretions, its primary use in ALS/MND.
