What is Ice Pack? Ice is commonly used to alleviate pain and may be helpful to alleviate nausea and vertigo (dizziness). Ice or cold packs can be as simple as a towel filled with cubed or crushed ice or available with refrigerant gel or liquid that may require freezing or become cold when activated.
