Advice/Tips
Try it. You'd be amazed how calming it is. Read "Wherever You Go, There You Are" by John Kabat-Zinn to learn about all about it and how to do it. This is NOT a new-agey mantra kind of meditation. It's medically proven to reduce stress and pain.
