What is Quinidine/dextromethorphan?
Neurodex is a combination of 30mg Dextromethorphan (found in cough medicine) and 30mg Quinidine made by Avanir Phamaceuticals. In a randomised, multicentre control trial the combination of these two agents was found to halve episodes of emotional lability relative to either agent alone.
