Advice/Tips
My Internist says Lactulose works well because your body doesn't get dependent on it like if it was a laxitive. That's good right? My dosage changes; it's usually 2-3 tbs @ bedtime, but I can "up" the dose to include that same amount in the morning and the afternoon as well, without fear of doing harm. Once I've achieved my result, I can ease up on the dosage again- I'm kinda like a chemist. Just include water in your day.
