What is Hydroxy B-12 injection? Vitamin B12 injections are used to treat pernicious anemia. This is due to the fact that they are unable to absorb sufficient vitamin B12 from their dietary food sources. It is thought that injections can serve therapeutic purposes as well as deficiencies.
