What is Quetiapine?

Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotics that is used to treat schizophrenia; for manic episodes and maintenance treatment in bipolar I and for depression in bipolar disorder. Off label it is used for autism and psychosis/agitation related to Alzheimer's dementia.
