What is Lenalidomide?

Lenalidomide is an anticancer agent available under the brand name Revlimid®. It is used in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in patients with deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality and for treatment of multiple myeloma. Off label used for metastatic malignant melanoma and myelofibrosis.
