What is Gammaglobulin (IVIg)?

Intravenous gammaglobulin, or immune globulin (IVIg) has been used in the treatment of various autoimmune diseases and in relapsing-remitting MS. Studies report a reduction in the number and severity of acute exacerbations and resulted in a lesser neurological disability.
