What is Pescetarian Diet?

The Pescetarian Diet is a diet the consists of fish, shellfish, vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains, beans, eggs and dairy. It does not include any types of meat other than fish and shellfish. For some, this diet is an intermediate to ultimately becoming a vegan or vegetarian.
