Rynatan® is a brand name for the combination of chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine and phenylephrine, a decongestant. It is used for the temporary relief of upper respiratory conditions such as nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing due to the common cold, hay fever, rhinitis.
