What is Aloe Vera?

Aloe vera contains protein, calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamins A, B12 and E, essential fatty acids and is naturally rich in vitamin C, amino acids, enzymes, germanium. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
