How do I change my password?
You can change your password on your Account page. Only you can change and see your password. PatientsLikeMe will never ask for your password, and you should never share your password with anyone.

You can contact the PatientsLikeMe support team quickly by using the Report Website Problem link on the bottom of all of our pages.
How do I update/edit my symptoms?
It is easy to tell us your latest symptoms. Simply fill out a short survey and describe the symptoms you have experienced since the last time we asked.
If you would like to remove or change your answers to older symptom surveys you have taken, you can manage them here.
Can PatientsLikeMe help a member in a medical emergency or crisis?
No. PatientsLikeMe does not provide medical advice or intervention. In case of medical emergency or crisis we recommend members call 911, their doctor or health care provider, or refer to our crisis resources.
How do I cancel my account/remove my profile?
You can cancel your account at any time. Please email us at support@patientslikeme.com to make this request.
