We are an innovative and exciting startup company with a high-tech focus on health. We need someone who will make sure the office functions!
Sample of Duties:
- Keeping the office organized and supplies stocked
- Providing administrative support to senior executive team
- Ordering office supplies, Arranging travel, & Answering phones
- Miscellaneous things that come up or that you see need doing
About you:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Ability to mind-read and see into the future preferred
- Passionate about improving the lives of patients with life-changing illnesses
- Proficient with computers incl MS Office or equivalent
- Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ruthlessly effecient & Highly organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify administrative/procedural challenges and implement solutions
